Bathroom Ideas

When I get asked for bathroom ideas I always say shop till you drop.  Whether it’s at your local home supply store, furniture and designer showcases or the internet, you will find great bathroom ideas in all these places.

Also grab some design magazines and snip out the pictures that grab your interest.  Start a design folder to file all the ones you like.  Then take these with you as you shop. 

Always start with a budget and design plans in hand before any purchases.  Also a must is to have all your measurements with you before buying. 

Consider your design theme so that you stay on track with your purchases.  Whether it’s Greek, Italian, or Japanese, keep focused on that theme when purchasing your tub, faucets, fixtures, lighting, flooring and everything else.

Your bathroom is your oasis where you can unwind from a hard days work.  Incorporate a spa-like experience into every bathroom design…  Relaxation is key.  From aromatic candles to plush towels, you’ll want to consider everything that promotes peace and tranquility to achieve your bathroom bliss.
